Looking for an oil filter adapter for a Olds 455, let me know how much with shipping to 85302.

Thanks!

Any oil filter adapter from a 1964-1990 Olds motor (except from a Toro) will work. It doesn't need to be from a 455.

I've come across 2 styles for Olds motors, the mount to the engine block looks similar but one could accept a larger oil filter than the other. Dorman still has one available in their catalog.

Yes, the 307 adapters are designed for the smaller filter, but will accept the normal sized one also. I've done it.

Hi Joe. I just purchased one of these oil adapters for my Toronado.. I am having a shop make me a custom set of headers for me. They told me that they are going to have to move the oil filter to give them more room. Is there any way this will work on my motor? or did I just buy this part for nothing.? Thanks

The only oil filter adapter that will work on a Toro is the one designed for the Toro FWD applications. The RWD adapters hit the Toro starter. Your only other option is a remote oil filter.
