455 Engine

Hello gentlemen

I am interested in building a 455 engine which would be extra to the ones in my 2 cars. I am looking for a virgin engine that turns over and from years 68-72. I hope someone down south has one but I would be willing to travel with 400 miles of Houston.

Gary

455 Engine

I have a couple of 455 engine cores, complete and original. I also have numerous blocks, cranks, cylinder heads, pistons/rods, intakes, etc. Are you looking for any specific cylinder heads, years? I'm in South Florida, but can ship with Fastenal. If interested, email me direct: drolds1@bellsouth.net. Thanks, Bob.

You can use a stick shift version for either a stick or automatic build; the only difference is that the rear of the crankshaft is machined for a pilot bearing and an automatic isn't.
