I thought so too but the rear wont bolt up to the intake. Its about 1/4in off. Ive read the 70 has a different on in the early or late year.

I may be able to help you but it will be the weekend before I can dig around to see what I have. If you haven't found the correct one by then send me a message. John

I have this stuff.I have pictures of one type I removed from a 455.They are the 398684 and the 399802.If they don't work,I have some others. The Deltas & Toros had slightly different brackets, but in the same general location on the engine.

Brian, I sent an email. For what its worth I found on 442.com that it may be an issue with the aftermarket intake and not the brackets. I may have to mod the new ones as well. Let me know

Yah, I noticed you have an Edelbrock intake, so plan on modifying your bracket, this hole almost never lines up..
Here's a pic DSC00841.JPG

I had to section the mounting hole to gain about 3/8", tigged it back together..

From my understanding all of the brackets are alittle different for each motor, but are still interchangable as long as you use the complete set of brackets. For example if you have a 455 you can't use a 403 A/C bracket with all of the 455 brackets, you would basically have to swap out every bracket so that the pulleys will line up properly. Not 100% sure about that, but thats what a 70 yr old mechanic with a 68, 70, and 72 Cutlass told me a few years back. Normally knowledge comes with age, so I certainly believe him LOL
