307 olds alternator non A/C brackets and bolts needed.
AS stated need NON A/C passenger side alternator brackets
GM USED is fine
Also the knowledge of which groove or pictures of the set-up
Have the A/c set-up but car will be hit hard off the line a lot so we would like to balance out the tension of the belts not all on one side.
Thank Jim

Jim, FYI, the 307s never used a passenger side alternator bracket, so pulley alignment will be hit or miss. Even non-A/C cars mounted the alternator on the driver's side because the A.I.R. pump was on the passenger side. Your best bet is to find a complete set of pulleys from an earlier Olds motor with the same water pump length.

does anyone have a single power steering pulley ...this guy gave us a dual groove pulley on the pump so the alt belt can not pass the PS pulley.
then the next problem we have is the alternator adjuster bracket at the bottom of the alternator needed .
I do not do Oldsmobile motors so this is all foreign to me... we are trying to help out a long time friend that has had MS his whole life and this is his last chance to get a car on the road...He is a deep Olds guy and wants this 455 in the 86 cutlass...lol.
