Those look familiar... I'll check my stock tomorrow and let you know if I have a set...

 

Checked my stock and unfortunately the caps I have are for A, J, N, & X Body, PN:22519270, does not include H & C Body... The part number you show is correct for 89 H & C... The actual chrome cap appears to be the same but the retainer is different...
