1983 Rocker Trim Needed, Driver Side

I need the left side rocker trim particularly the fender piece. I had a tire separate and knocked the trim off. If anyone has this and wants to sell it, I need it for my 1983 Toronado.
I couldn't find a parts for sale section on this site and there are ZERO Toronado's in the wrecking yards in Kingman, AZ that I could find.
My email is tonymueller55@gmail.com. Photo and price please.

1983 Toro Trim:

Hi Tony:

Welcome to the site. I find it a great place to share information. We need some specifics. The rocker molding along the bottom of the fenders and doors should be one separate piece. The wheel opening moldings use a different name. We don't know if it is front or rear wheel opening molding and the lower rocker molding.

I am the editor of the Oldsmobile Club of America's Toronado and Aurora Chapter newsletter. We have been around since 1985. You don't have to be in OCA to join, but you should be! The Toro/Aurora newsletter costs $18/year for 6 issues. I will send you a sample copy for free to try us out. If you want a mailed paper copy, PM me your address. I have a 67 Toro and had a 79 for 13 years. The 79 is a different car for sure and very enjoyable and comfortable to drive. Is yours a diesel? I know some 83-85's had overdrive transmissions. Does yours? I would love to have an article about your diesel for the newsletter. How long have you had it? And other Oldsmobile?

Regards,

Trent in Los Angeles

Hi Trent, I belong to the OCS and TOA. I enjoy sharing ideas and information about Olds. I just bought a '72 Toronado a few days ago and am excited about using it as a daily driver. It has 89,000 miles on it and is nutmeg brown. That makes 3 Olds I own at this time although I have owned several others over the years. I like getting to know more Olds people and finding new resources.

83 Toro

Hi Tony: What is OCS? I also love the Oldsmobile subject. Which wheel opening do you need front/rear? Do you also need the rocker molding? This way people reading your post will be more likely to help you. Regards, Trent in Los Angeles

I meant OCA, I must have hit the wrong key.
I need the driver side front rocker trim for a 1983 Olds Toronado.
If you look at the bottom of the fender, you can see the piece that is missing.
Thanks.

Rocker trim needed, left front fender.

The missing piece is what I need.

Correct. Plus, the length is pretty long to ship. I wish there were wrecking yards close by that had Olds parts.

Just the fender piece for now. I wouldn't want to ship the door piece, too long.
How much you want for it please?
You can email me at tonymueller55@gmail.com
Thank you.
