Am of belief '77 - '90 B body with non fleet suspension is a bolt in. (4 3/4" bolt circle). I had for years, an '83 rear with 3.23 posi out of a fleet car. (5" bolt circle) Wound up dumping, too far from anyone that might have wanted it.

77-96 GM Body rear ends fit under our cars. I have a '94-96 Impala one under mine. 91-93 with towing package usually had 3.42 or 3.23 under them. Most others had 2.93 or 3.08. Just watch for 2.56 as that clearly won't help. Must be sedan. Use SVL-2022648 to get your bolt pattern back. Must use 1/8" spacer to fill the bushing gap on the axle itself as B bodies used larger bushings. OR, use a B body control arm and trim down the bushing on the frame side.
While you're looking at B-body stuff, grab a 1" rear sway bar from them as well as the spindles. B-bodies used a 12" rotor instead of our 11". Caliper fits in the same location, no change to wheels. Use 89-91 F-body WITH performance package rotors to keep your bolt pattern.
