I have a vapor canister bracket if you're still looking for one. It's been stripped and repainted. It's in very good condition except for a very small rust-through hole on the side; the bottom is very solid, no rust holes here. Pics are attached below.

I sold this one but have another in similar condition. As you can see in the pics below, it's a bit more rusty and has a few holes, but the bottom is solid and the rust holes won't be seen once it's installed. Here are the pics:
