Hi johner37 and welcome to C.O.

Yup, it would help to know which model as the different trim levels also had different interior patterns.

Suggestion on the parts wanted: We have a section under the Oldsmobile Classified section for posting Parts wanted. Make a complete list and post there. Likely you'll get better results from some of the folks who surf through the forums section instead of checking the new posts.

Also, please post pics of your project car.

When you start into tearing it down and rebuild? Start a thread under the "major builds' section for us to follow along.

One of the most important features of any work you'll do is documenting what was 'before', what happened 'during', and how it turned out 'after'. This is best done with a camera. Take lots of pics. They can also help you with any problems you might run into during reassembly.

Welcome & like Allan said, pictures would help a lot.
I(along with several other members) can set you up with about any part you need.

I apologize for that guys, I have a 72 cutlass supreme, the more square body style, the rear quarters on my car don't have the lip that contours the wheel well, it is actually higher up on the panel. Hope this was helpful, I have pics in my phone, but I'm not really sure how to post them on here. I have located some fenders locally, and I am really in need of some rear quarter panel skins but I will take a look at any parts that may be available.

@ Alan R, my car is the opposite body style from the one in your signature.
Thanks

I am working in Memphis, Tn, but I live in Vicksburg, MS, so which ever location would be cheaper to ship to. The Memphis location is a business address so I'm sure that would be the cheapest shipping route, becuase I can recieve in as frieght if needed.

Actually you're fairly close to Scott and Eric
Scott - Oldspackrat - Indianapolis Indiana
Eric - jensenracing77 - Brazil Indiana

Either of them could prolly hook you up with the panels and some of the interior you're missing. For complete trim panels/carpet/headliner you can always get new from great aftermarket shops like "Legendary" Interiors or PUI.

Does your car have floor shift/console or is it column shift?

I have a very solid passenger door for sale, located in St. Louis, MO. I would like to get $125 for it. I also have a pair of the stainless rocker panel trim and the 5 piece trunk lid/quarter panel extension trim for a Supreme if you need those too. Let me know if you are interested.
