Chances are good that B body components will be harder to find. You can expand your search also. The 1970 Delta 88 will have the same front seat as
1969-70 Delta and 98's
1969-70 Pontiac full size
1969-70 Buick full size
1969-70 Chevrolet full size
Only differences will be the seat material and stitch patterns.
Have you thought about taking your seat to an upholstery place and having them make a custom matched replacement seat?
