Why not just buy the tag.

 

Have original '70 T-400 torque converter, from a 442 post car. Have no idea of reusability or rebuildability of these. Outside has been blasted, slight "flash" rust since. $50 plus shipping. May fit in $25 USPS flat rate large box.
