1970 cutlass supreme rear package tray metal

Hello,
As the title states i need the rear package tray metal all the way into the trunk and seat back.
current one is rusted.
Please send me an email with cost and the closer to GA the better to eliminate shipping.

Fortunately the 70-72 CS Hardtops are all donors. Thomas Johnson (Olds442RedBeret) on this site has a 72 CS hardtop he's parting and he's close by in Alabama. Maybe send him a PM and ask if he has what you need. Here's a link to his PM

Good luck with your build.

Thank you for the replies i have pmd Olds442RedBeret and if he does not have it i will wait the 3-4 weeks. This is the only real issue right now to get it driveable as before the rear window was leaking severly.

I will post up a pick tonight of the exact piece i need.

Ok here are 3 pics of the car. I would like to limit the amount of splicing so if the part can be cut after the spot welds that would be awesome and i can do the rest once it gets to my house. Also i will need the corners of the roof as you can see in the pics. The more full of a piece the better. I have already boght the skin that goes between the trunk and the window. I also need the sheet metal for the window and part of the roof pillar as you can see in pic 2. So ideally i would need the tray from the seat back to the trunk below the spot weld line, 6 inches up the side window track, and part of the rear roof to body.

Maybe it's just the pictures, but I thought it was worse than that.

The best part is it's her car. I sort of bought it without her say and my punishment is I can't get rid of it and it's her car. Such a bad punishment when I can't get rid of it. Only problem is she always wants the best. So instead of the 350 she wants a 455 dropped in it.

I ordered one from DVAP - it cost $550 shipped but it is rust free - check out my build post - we cut it in this past weekend. Not an easy job to do right

Same here ordered it last week from DVAP. From the explanation it should fix all the rust in the back as they cut 6" extra all the way around.

Good luck on welding it in. It took about 4 hours to cutout the old one, 3 hours to weld in the new one, and another 2 for grinding - still needs another 2 to 3 for finishing

Well never got the package from DVAP called them today and the car that was suppose have the good panel is rusted through. Any one have this panel that i can buy. ideally 6 inches all the way around the seams. If you live near georgia i would be willing to come to your place and cut it off if necessary to save you the time. THis is the only piece needed to get this car back on the road.

Anyone now if the chevelle package tray would work the full piece from in the car all the way to the trunk. i already have the skin that goes over it as thats all i thought i needed till i opened up the panel.
