I am looking for a NOS or in excellent condition rear bumper for a 1970 Cutlass (no cutouts), must be original OEM. I have recently purchased a 1970 W-31 that deserves a replacement.

This is a single exhaust bumper, it is an original GM Factory Bumper, it is not an aftermarket part. It has been repaired and Re-chromed, Mirror finish. "The rust color on the back side is not rust, it is plating solution, it does come off."
