I am also looking for the piece that bolts under the dash and splits the air 3 ways.
Would anyone have such a piece by chance?

Hi Dan,
I have that part and I have attached a couple of photos. It is from a 69 Cutlass. I believe the later version is slightly different in that the outlet to the passenger side is round instead of square. Note that the tab for the mounting screw on the bottom right is missing. I'm sure something could be fabbed up to work, maybe just a wide washer on the screw. $25 plus shipping from MD if you are interested. PM your address and I can get you a shipping price.
