I found this today - Ad says, 68 442 but the picture is obviously a 69 442. The seller is the Parts Place Inc. - It might be a place to start.

Tamraz has them on with free shipping.
I visited with a fellow who installed one on his 69 H/O.
Said it fit like a glove. Tamraz also told me repop fronts
were coming, but he didn't exactly know when.
