I don't know if this is the answer you are looking for but I'll offer up what I had to do with my '68 4-4-2 convertible. The driver side quarter was very bad because of an accident in the distant past - it had over 3/8" thick of bondo in some places. I tried to find a replacement quarter panel across the country with no results. What the body shop did was buy a reproduction 68-69 hardtop quarter panel and alter it to fit the convertible. It worked out quite well. I'll post some pictures below to give you an idea of how they did it. Good luck on finding the real thing - it would be the best for your car but, if you don't get any results, the hardtop reproduction panel might work for you.

I've been selling parts off this car and the 1/4's appear to be pretty decent. They obviously need patches but the inner wheel houses are solid and the outers didn't look that bad. I've have to stick my head under the upper wheel house where the lip is rusted to be sure. I'm not sure what the shipping options are to Finland for something so big. There's a member on ROP from Sweden that regularly ships stuff from the states that may know:

It's not my car. It's in a local scrap yard. I pulled the driver's fender off today. The rear 1/4's aren't in as good a shape as I thought they might be.
I asked today if they'd sell it and the owner said maybe but wouldn't give me a firm answer or price. After looking it over closer I'm not interested anyway. I'm probably going to cut the boxed sections of the frame out in the next couple weeks. The rest of the frame is toast. It's a drum brake car with nothing special on it
