1968 Cutlass S - water pump pulley & sail panel metal.

I have a 1968 Cutlass S with a 350 engine. It has aftermarket A/C on it.
I need a water pump pulley. The pulley on it now is a 3 groove pulley but I think a 2 groove pulley may work. The problem is I have noticed that it doesnt line up correctly with the crank, PS and Alt pulleys.
The Alt is on the passenger side, the PS is on the drivers side. The York compressor is mounted on the passenger side. Any help is appreciated.

I also need a metal piece that screws onto the rear of the car where the sail panel meets the headliner. I have all the pieces except the passenger side. Attached is a picture of the drivers side that I have to give you an idea of what I need.

Still in need of a dashpod for my Carburetor. It is a 1971 4 barrel carb and intake. Again thanks for your help everyone....Todd

Do you have a water pump pulley off of a 1968 350 Rocket engine?

Please be aware that if you buy a "new one" it may not fit right unless it's an NOS GM part. There's a recent thread here about the "new" KE that hit on the mating crank pulley because they made 'em wrong.

$25-30 a pulley, delivered, known factory correct, is DIRT CHEAP peace of mind.

Are you sure you can't solve your alignment issue by putting the correct length water pump on?

Start with identifying exactly what you have now-
Water pump ID - look for character like 4, X, O, dot, etc. on RH outlet boss
also look for 6-digit casting number on the inlet [radiator hose] nipple.
Pulley ID's or at least diameter and overall width if the stamps are too hard to see.

Almost every pulley has a teeeensy multi-number PN and 2-letter application code stamped in. Sometimes need sandpaper and a spy glass to read them. Barring that, if you measure the diameter and overall width I have a database of almost all known V8 Olds pulleys of interest, including which ones are a set and WHAT LENGTH WATER PUMP THEY REQUIRE to align properly. I give this Excel data sheet out for free, just to save folks aggravation. It's imperfect, but the price is right.

This is SO COMMON, we need a sticky on pulley issues starting with
How to Tell What Parts You Have Right Now, working into
What Am I Supposed To Have, and then
What Will Work and How Can I Get It, and maybe
OH YEAH WHAT DOES NOT WORK [e.g. the aftermarket KE that hits on the crank pulley!]...
