The hood does not need to be pristine but it needs to be fixable.

Unless you have something else under there those are Supreme/F85/Vista hoods not Cutlass S/442 hoods

 

Thanks for following up. I found one in Florida that was in good shape. My project is nearly done. All that is left to do is to mount the custom Cutlass S hood and the custom emblems. The scoop is from a 1967 GTO. It really fit very well on the rise that goes up the center of the Cutlass S hood. The underside of the hood is equally well done. The welding is amazing. It really looks factory even from the bottom. It is fully functional so my Olds motor will get to breath nice fresh air instead of heated air from under the hood.
