Hi, need a full set of four. They might be the same 68-72, not sure. They look like this:

Actually a round hole would not be a problem as long as the screw holes, adjuster slots, and spring groove were in the correct spots.

Question for the fellas in the know: Do the buckets have part #'s?
If so, do you know what they are? I have several, but want them to be right.

Alan, here is what I found. The 4th one eluded me, I couldn't find it.
I would rather not separate the buckets from their holders, but they
are yours for $60 plus the ride if you want them. The chrome rings
are attached as well as the springs. I also could not find a part #
on any, but I pulled them from a 68 442 core support a few years ago.
They are in really nice shape. Shoot me a PM if interested.

Ringed

Alan, here is my offering, 4 rings, $60 + the ride. Flat rate is about $12, lets call it $70 even to your door

Hmm. I looked at the pics. I don't see part numbers on any of them, and from the pictures I can't tell if the ebay one is the correct fourth one or the same as one of the three that tru-blu442 has shown. You must have much better eyes than I do (although I would say that's pretty much a given, I think Mr. Magoo probably has better eyes than me).

Lunaboy is correct. It is the "fourth" one. Look at the alignment pins

I was lazy on mine. I found four good ones out of the twenty or so I had and then popped the alignment pins out of them so they'd fit anywhere. I'm not really sure what's different. My guess is nothing is and the buckets were probably preloaded with the correct bulbs so it made assembly brainless

Part #'s for them seem to be non existent as well. I know I need new glasses,
but still, all I found was like an L7 stamped on one of the mounting ears of the 3 that hold
the chrome ring on, go figure.

Come to think of it, the bulbs were rotated in the ones that weren't in the correct locations. There are glass tabs on the back of the bulbs that line up with slots in the back of the buckets. That way a high beam doesn't fit in a low beam slot and visa-versa. I don't think there's a left-right difference between R low beam & L low beam or R high beam & L high beam.

My lights are a mess. Deans been holding a set for me for like six months so I can swap out to correct buckets

Without part #'s you have to have Luis's eye, and know exactly what to look for.
The 'cans' all look the same to me, but it seems it IS the orientation of how the
bulbs fit in those cans, hence his comment of the pins. I think I get it...

yup it was the pins orientation. the only way i noticed with my old eyes is that i compared them to the pins on the 64 set i have for sale.

glad you found a nice 68 complete set.

Yes, now that I have carefully looked at the set I bought from Brett, I can clearly see the pins in the pictures. Never would have spotted them in a million years otherwise. Thanks for all the help guys.
