1968 442 Grill Cover Plate

Hi,

I'm looking for this cover plate to protect the grill.
Please let me know if you have one, and price with shipping to 80015.

There was no grill cover plate used on the 68 442 grill. That plate was only used on the Cutlass grill. Someone incorrectly installed it on that car.

Gonna have to fab something up to protect the grill when I work on it.

Yeah, I guarantee that once you break the first one by leaning on it, you never forget and won't do it again.

Fortunately, I learned that long enough ago that new grills were still available from the dealer.

Removing it allows a bit more air to the radiator too.....might be why the factory did not put them on the 442's...
