I'm looking for the bracket for a 1966 or 1967 q-jet idle stop solenoid bracket. Has 2 mounting holes that go across the top of the carb (one is for the actual mounting bolt carb to intake. I need the solenoid also but the bracket is more important right now.

I think you might be asking for the carb dashpot....
No, I'm looking for a idle stop solenoid and bracket. I actually have a dashpot and bracket for the car that I have removed to make room for the solenoid. It's an A/C car. I set the idle where I want it when the A/C is off, but then when I turn the A/C on the load drops the idle down lower than I would like it to be. If I can find the parts I'm looking for I can connect the solenoid to the A/C so it bumps up the idle a bit when the A/C is running vs. have the idle set higher than needed all the time.

Ok got it now, was thinking a solenoid wasn't used in 66 or 67 so you wouldn't be able to find one... my mistake.
Here's a picture of the bracket I'm chasing.. I'm not positive that this bracket was available on the 66 and 67 but I have been led to believe it was.
My car is a 1967 Cutlass Supreme Sorts Coupe with factory air which has me a tad confused as to why it had a dashpot vs. the solenoid.
In any case i have removed the dashpot and it's stock bracket and am willing to mount up a solenoid if I can locate the right bracket..
