Someone help me understand. Isn't the front same as the rear. If so i have one.

The rear is the spring loaded door, the front is a bracket held to the front bumper by 3 bolts.

Thanks. The 3 holes should be in spaced like a triangle.

I believe the bracket may actually have 5 holes if it is like the 1965 model, spaced like the number 5 one a casino dice. But the 3 of the holes attach to the bumper, while the other 2 are just to hold the plate in place. In any case, whether 3 or 5, it is different than the rear.

Thanks. The spring one is readily available for sale. For some reason the front one does not appear so.

The front one is held on with three screws and is nothing like the rear or like a 65 or a 66 bracket. I am checking today for you
