I have a 1967 442 Sports Coupe Post and I need a set of front bucket seats

 

I don't have any seats to offer, but did want to offer this info in case you were not aware... might make the search easier.

Seat Covers for 67 will fit any GM A-body bucket seat from 1966/72. The only real differences is the seatback locking mechanism and the material of the back & bottom side skirts.

66 had metal back & bottom sides- no seatback lock
67 had metal back & bottom sides- Seat back release was on the outside of each seatback
68 had plastic back & bottom sides- Seat back release was on the outside of each seatback (so 67-68s are the same except for seatback material)
69-72 All had plastic back & sides, seat back release was in the center of the seatback.

Anyway... So if you want to look correct, an 67 or 68 GM-Abody seats are what you want.

If being exactly correct w/ regards to the seatback button, then any 66-72 A-body seat will work.

I have a set of buckets but not sure what they originally came out of. Have to get some pictures. I took them out of a 67 442 non post car but the upholstery did not match. They might be sport coupe buckets or out of a chevy etc.

 

Try calling Donald in the DFW area at 214-236-0768, he has several 67 442's baking away in the Texas sun.

 

Here are the ones I have but appear to be newer than 67.
