I'm on the other side of the country, but if he doesn't find something closer send me his email in a PM. I'll have to check to see what condition its in, but I think I've got something that would work. John

I'm starting to cut up a 65 Cutlass on Sat. with a friend. The 1/4 is wavy but not rusty. I'm on the West Coast too. Nor Cal. Any body need some body parts.

Thanks Nick

The 1/4 were good on the outside but were not so good on the inside. Sorry.

My customers quarter panels are in good shape besides around the wheel well and the lower part behind the rear wheel to rear bumper area. The amount of hours to try and remake that wheel lip are going to be astronomical.
Are the wheel lips in good shape?
Thanks Nick

Hi,

Just a idea I heard from a old bodeyman was to take the lip from a front fender and graft and trim it to fit. Not sure how close the 65 front fender lips are to the rear as mine is under a cover but might be easier finding a front fender?

Good luck with the search

Regards,

Thanks for all your replies. The front fender is a different shape so we can't use that. I have done that on other cars which worked really nice.
I talked with Hess Brothers and they have a 65 cutlass 2 door post car that they are checking on. Thank you for the lead Gpc1.

Want to ask if a 1965 Chevelle floor pan is the same for the 1965 Olds 442? Inner and outer rocker panels the same also?

Thanks again.

Floor pans

Trunk pans are the same, I assume floor pans would be.

Quarter panel for 1965 442

I'm looking for a driver's side quarter panel for a 1965 442 convertible. Is that anything you all might have?
