1965 cutlass/442 radio

Does anyone have a factory am-fm radio for 1965 cutlass available?

Don’t think the factory installed any am/fm radios in 65’ however, I believe dealerships did . My sister bought a 64 cutlass convertible in 65’ and it had an Oldsmobile am/fm in it. Only one I’ve ever seen and about 7 years later I bought it from her and put the am/fm in my 65’ 442. other models will fit but you have to trim cooling fins away to clear .

Okay thanks,

Do you need to grind the fins of the heat sink on the rear or does it fit right in?

Also what would you be asking for the one you have?

Dave.

Yes, the am fm radios I have seen have a finned heat sink on the back.which interferes with the dash/ brackets. . maybe you could send me a picture of what you have.
