if anyone is looking to sell,,,i am interested.....please send pics and price to ronaldrjl@aol.com...looking for a fast deal
Barring finding one, I think you may be able to fabricate a kinda-semi-somewhat convincing replica by using a similar era hosing with a single horn and adding a second. I forget / am not esp. knowledgeable of which cars could be donors.
I think you're going to have to do some fabbing. Get a couple of GM single snorkel air cleaners from 1963-5 (there should be a variety of candidates) and perform a snorkel transplant. Orange paint is cheap and plentiful, and I believe the pie pan is available in repop.
Otherwise, you're going to have to pay through the ... uh ... snorkel.
Sorry about that.

A seller at the 2014 Homecoming had one, I think he wanted $1000-ish, and still had it at show's end. He was from the Dayton area, and also has the incomplete 4-4-2 from which it came. Can't recall any more details.
Here's a discuss from a little while back, shows a 1964 4 bbl Cutlass air cleaner (that could possibly be the basis of a "clone") and even gives some measurements:

You may be waiting a while before finding a real one at ANY price, so fabbing something up in the meantime could not only be cheaper, but be done before old age sets in.
And who knows, you might be so happy with the result that you don't care if you ever find a real one.
