There were only front seat belt anchors provided in 1963.
There were suggested mounting points that were marked with dimples in the floor pan, however.
Look closely toward the middle of the photo where the floor pan meets the rear wall.
There are six of them and are marked with a magic marker.
Most accessory seat belt kits contain 3/8 x 2 in "fender" washers that are necessary to use as backups for seat belt installation.
Sorry I was not more specific. I need the anchors that attach to the rear floor area for the lower bench seat to slide into. Whoever had this car before me removed them for some unknown reason. Here is an example for later model Cutlass, but not sure it will work on the Starfire.
