Add custom dyeing the metallic finished leather and a 61-63 Starfire upholstery job gets expensive quick. 64-66 with their leather and vinyl combinations aren't much less expensive.
What color wheelcovers do you need?

You're aware the clip-on spinner caps were color matched to the car, right? Silver, black and white could be used with any body color. They were painted using a brass mask, which was one of the dealer essential tools 1958-63.
Those caps aren't hard to find in good condition but finding the color you need might not be easy. You'd have to find a mask or borrow one unless you want to tape off the wheelcovers for paint, and that's tedious.
Just so you'll know what to look for. This one sold on CO in 2016. Borroughs Tool BT-6217.
