Just to help you with your search, '64 (2-bar) to '67 (no-bar) wire covers are the same except for the centers. '64 and '65 2-bar centers are the same except for the emblem insert.

 

I sold all my Oldsmobiles a few years ago..'65 98 Convert. '65 Starfire conv. '65 Starfire coupe..'66 Starfire coupe... Chopped '39 2dr. Sedan..My 98 had the 8 lug aluminum caps..and it seems the '66 had 3 bar. Somewhere along the line I had a couple sets of 2 bar....so the exact years escape me !!...Thanks..I'm sure a set will turn up..

 

I do have a set of 3 bars off a '66...they have some curb rash. I can get you pics if interested. PM me your email if interested.
