it looks like someone has taken some sort of grinder brush to the heads. Can you let everyone know what has been done to them. Normally they dont look like this unless something has been done. Any cracks or repairs to the heads?

The heads are in perfectly fine conduction, no cracks or repairs have done to the heads. They were taken off a motor when the car was converted into a racecar, so the we no longer need the heads.
