1970 Olds W-30 Eng/Trans. Block Code 396021F Heads (F) 404438, Intake No. 406115, and carb No. Rochester 704258. Completely refurbished on stand. It's $6000.oo for the eng. and $1600.oo for the M-22 trans/bell/fly. Mike

Sounds like a motor listed in Phoenix on Craigslist in the last few years, I did talk with him but it seemed fishy because he said he had it sold on Racingjunk but then it surfaced on EBay, same pix and story. Don't know if it is the same guy or not but buyer beware

The carb # is just missing a zero, 7040258 and I believe it should be an M-21 trans to be correct for 70. If I remember correctly, 71 was the year that the M-22 was used.
