Does not "powerglide" refer to a Chevrolet 2-speed automatic transmission? Doubt one would find a powerglide in a '62 Starfire?

A Powerglide it is not.
What it is, is a "slant pan" dual range Hydramatic . from a 55 or 56 Olds .

The number 8615013 identifies this one as a 54 to 56 Model R , dual range hydramatic.

The OA 63 code identifies the Roto Hydramatic as coming from a 1963 88, Super 88, or 98 with a 4 barrel carb and column shift.
