Why do so many people not include their location when selling a car or parts?

 

Looking for the following in pristine condition:
Exterior
- front bumper fillers (3)
- base mounting bracket & gasket
- door window sill piece (no cracks on felt, etc.
Interior
- console parts (shifter lens, ****, wood bezel trim.
- AM/FM/8 track complete with all mounting wiring harness, wood grain bezel, etc.
- black seat belt stiffener passenger side at console
- trunk release kit complete
