I have a 71/72 442 left grille for sale. All mounting tabs are intact,no molding on it. It is distorted on the headlight side with a crack but no broken/missing pieces. What's the difference other than the paint scheme?

 

They do have different part #'s but the basic grille body is the same. The difference is in the molding and paint scheme. I said there wasn't a molding,so if somebody wants it,they know it doesn't have one. If it needs repairs like I said,you have to paint it anyway,so there's no difference in the grille as advertised. Why did you delete your response? I am waiting.LOL

 

I have no idea what you mean by that cheap deal. If you mean the face frame/molding,your guess is as good as mine where it is. If it really makes a difference and my memory is correct,it has the 72 paint scheme on it.
