1972 Cutlass S

No surprise, I have no takers on purchasing the entire car so I've listed it on Craigslist today. I would have to say almost everything is good driver quality, minus a few things. Like the seat belts are'nt so great and the center console is busted up. I need the doors and the sport mirrors for my 442, everything else is for sale.

It is a running/driving car

It has the following:
The original 350 Rocket motor (two barrel) $500.00
Front disc Brakes $200.00
Floor shifter $150.00 Sold
Front bucket seats $375.00 Sold
Rear seat $75.00
Glove box door $20.00 (blue)
Radio $50.00 Sold
Door panels (front) $150.00Sold
Side panels (rear) $75.00
Arm rest $30.00
Wheel Well trim $120.00 (set of four)
Side trim $100.00 (set of six pieces)
Rocker trim $80.00
Grille $80.00 (pair)

Call for prices on parts not listed

The car is located in Birmingham Alabama

Wow, the Cutlass looks solid from the photos. Hopefully someone will purchase it so it can be restored. Are the steel rims possibly 14x7 or 15x7?

I think they're really nice. One side is a replacement, the other is original.
Where are you located?
I am not to excited about cutting them out myself, but I wold let them go cheap if you cut them off. Plus, you would have a better idea of what you need and where you need to cut.

If the Cutlass does not sell as a complete car, which hopefully it does as it looks in good restorable condition - how are the front fenders, besides the dents? Does the Cutlass possibly have a posi rear or rally pac gauges?

Hood louvers

On the front seat it looks like one of the hood louvers, what condition are they in chrome or body color, how much, shipped to 44286? The other part I need is the linkage from the trans to the steering column including the part that is attached to the frame as a (ball socket type thing)

Both fenders look really nice to me. The passenger side has a small some dent in it, which will need to be repaired.

I will eventually pull the bottom trim off to so I can inspect the bottom of the fender more closely.

I really don't like pulling parts off of the car until I have a buyer. By leaving the parts where they are, fewer parts get lost or damaged .

Chris,

The grille is broken in one spot and I can see a crack in one of the tabs. I tried to show both issues as best as I could.

Thanks

I am interested in the rocker trim but would like to know of any dents or rust. Can you get more pics or describe them? Thanks

They look really nice and strait. I just ran my hand along them and they feel great as well. They're stainless steel, no rust. They will polish up real nice.

The bottom of the front fenders show no signs of rust when looking at the from underneath the car.

The driver's side rear quarter was replaced. Most likely from an accident/collision

Thanks

They're easy to remove, it just takes a little patience. I shipped the last set in a PVC tube I bought in the plumbing section of Lowe's.

Total shipping for the last set I shipped was high, just a little less than $50.00 for the tube, foam wrapping for the parts and actual shipping via FedEx

Is one of the backup light housings in good condition? I don't know if there is a difference between the left and right side but I need to replace my left rear backup light housing.

The rocker trim had a few issues. I noticed them as I was removing them from the car.

The rear bumper is really nice, I've notice two small dings in the front bumper.

The seats and console have been sold.

I am excepting offers on the remaining parts

If you have a need for something please let me know.

The stone shield looks good.

The roof is rusty. Unusable

The wheel well trim is really nice driver quality (set of four)

I need to get some pictures, I will try to get some posted Monday. Since my HOA doesn't really approve of what I am doing, the car was moved to another site. LOL

parts received

FedEx busted the console even more, but we were able to repair & dye it pretty nicely. The floor shift speedos were in good condition. Very smooth transaction with Olds442redberet.

Thanks,
David
