The only way you would get an NOS 1st style,is if someone bought it over the counter in early 1970,and I'm not sure they were even available yet.

I bought a whole car,and a very nice one at that, just to get the correct trunklid for another car, plus I had to paint the one to go back on the car.

Going to go wayyyy out on a limb, that little endeavor 'might' have exceeded $600 Brian. But I know what you mean, Got a front clip for a 72, for only the small purchase price of a complete CS. Best laid plans of mice & men...

The differences is on the underside. The first two styles were used in 1970.The third style, like my NOS one,was used for 71-72.
Style #1- was plain or flat on the underside,in the area where the wing would come through.
Style #2- had a ring or rib on each side.
Style #3- had a similar ring, but was an open circle, not just a raised stamp.
