I made the insert for the 2009 Quadstates trophy and I have a couple of the inserts left if anybody's interested. The pic shows the finished trophy but i only have the insert. Size is 6" high by 5" wide with a 1/8" border soldered on.
The detail is sandblasted on flashglass.
