Check the valve sizes. E heads only denote 1970 and not 442. You'll either have 1.99" intakes or 2.07" intakes. The larger will either be 442 or toro heads. No real way to tell.

 

Thanks Randy, I should have clarified... one set is from a 70 442 with larger 2.07 intakes... one set is from a Toro; also with the larger 2.07 intakes... the third set is the reg run of the mill 1.99

here is a pic of the closeness of the larger valve seats together.
