Carrier?

Jim,
Which carrier do these fit (by casting number)? I have a LNIB 588 unit for which I recently found a NOS Richmond 3.42:1 gear set. I may be interested in gearing options if they fit. They would go into a '68 442.

Me too, I want to go from 2.73 now to either 3.54 or 3.73 but not sure which carrier

If you mean part manual - nope. I had my mech count the ring and pinion teeth to do the math to come up with the 2.73. To go 3.55 or 3.73 he tells me i have to get another differiential...I wasn't sure that was really needed but wanted to ask you guys

2.73-5.57 and all in between are on the same 3 series carrier. Jim

These are not Olds 12 bolt gears 8.4 ring diameter.

These are 10 bolt 8.5 corporate gears 1971 & 1972 -2013

Sorry- Those will be a tough find.
