Are the emblems to rhe ledt in your first photo from a 70? Interesting to note the recesses on all of them are white.

 

The casting numbers on those 3 Cutlass emblems are 8791878. There are traces of black paint in the recesses of the letters. Some of the black has worn away with time , some is covered with wax residue. They are 1970 cutlass fender emblems
