I have a nice,rust-free,show-quality 8.5" 10-bolt rear,from a 71-72 Vista Cruiser.This can be installed into any 64-72 GM A-body.What is the difference?The Vista rears used a larger SET10 axle bearing,with outboard seal,and they have wider rear brake,9.5"x2.5".They made a special backing plate,with a deeper offset,to accomodate the wider shoe.The overall width of the rear is exactly the same as the regular Cutlass/442 rears.I have all of the brake hardware & drums,so the rear will come complete with brakes.This was originally a 3:08 posi,but I will build it however someone wants it.All new parts.$1200.00 plus the freight.
