I can use the wiper and washer switches, the hold down bracket/clamp for the jack assembly (looks like a L or J shaped flat piece of metal with a hole in one end) Side view mirrors if any good ones still there, and there is an extension piece on the bottom of the dash that would curve down into the drivers side floor mat.

They were gone long before I got the car
I don't recall anything like this when I stripped out the dash. I do have all of the control panel (switches, guages, etc), and all of the dash pieces and trim. Maybe you could find a picture or drawing of what you're looking for?
