I've got a quarter panel from a 1965 Cutlass post car that has dents but no cancer type rust. Attached are some pictures, contact me with any questions or to see other view. Price if you pick it up is $275 or I can ship it for $300 plus shipping costs. I can strap it to a pallet and take it to a trucking company, or I can cut it smaller and wrap in cardboard to ship greyhound. Located in Medford Oregon. John

Stan, you gotta get together with the Washington guys and coordinate a trip down with a truck! Get a load for several people and drop off pieces along the way to bring down the costs

Sorry I don't. But there's another member here parting out a 1965 4 door. The quarter panels are the same from the center of the wheelwell opening back. If your problem is rot behind the wheel well his panels would work for you. Here's a link to his thread:
