70 OAI hood not mine

just saw this, does anyone know if those 445 numbers on the hood are original, maybe someone with a pacecar would be looking for a hood like this

the 455 numbers are not original. The paint and stripes appear to, which is not something you see to often...

Is that off a Y74 '70 Pace Car? Looks like the colors, but the Indy flags and numerals added on?
