I saw your other post about the 8.2 for sale. I wonder if I can re-build and upgrade my own original 64 non-posi rear for less $$$ than moving up to a more modern 8.5? It has to handle a 200R4, and 500hp 425? Probably not?? Your thoughts?

Yes we can do it. We have Eaton posi units that will handle the power. If your mostly street bound and only some track time with slicks and no more than 3000 stall will make it hold.
