Still available?

I have a 72 cutlass s with a 350 and a 2bbl. I'm looking in converting to a Quadrajet and an oem 4bbl manifold. What did the carb come off of? I've never messed around with the q jet before, but it seems like the same carb went on everything, so I'd want to make sure it was jetted/set up for a basically stock 350.

Those numbers tell me it originally came off of a 73 Olds 350.
