From 69 Cutlass, by pass has been blocked for dual exhaust use.

I am pretty sure they will bolt on to your engine as long as it's an OLDS small block, but I do not know if it will clear the frame, maybe someone can chime in with the answer.

If an Olds built small block into a G body, then YES, they will fit.
