I was led to believe these are 1968 Cutlass hood hinges, if not I'm sure I'll be corrected promptly. If they are truely 68 hood hinges, what you see is what I have. I do not have the springs. One is in very nice condition ( driver side), the passenger side shows past rust pitting. 100.00 for the pair. Prefer local pickup but will ship if if you twist my arm.

68s have the two hole mounts like the hinges in your picture.
69-72 have 3 mounting locations.
Original 68 fenders only have two weld nuts to mount the two-hole hinge.
Replacement fenders for a 68 typically have the 3rd weld nut so they can be used with a 68 or a 69.

These are the second version of the 68 hinges that added a third hood mounting hole location. Until September or October of 67 the hinges only had two bolts (and holes) on the hood side.
