I'm bringing this bumper jack assembly to Homecoming in Lansing, MI on June 14 to sell. It has a date code of 9J (October 1969) on the rivet - see picture below. Not included are a hook or tire iron. The mechanism and base are painted black - I've seen these in gray or black. The mast is painted silver. This set would be fine for someone on a budget or willing to take the time to elevate the condition with a restoration.
