That looks like a beautiful well done complete set up. Someone should snag this up. People all want one till it’s time to write the check, send the Zelle payment or whatever way they choose to pay with. They are expensive, but there isnt anything more stand apart on a 1966 442 than a factory correct tricarb set up..It will sell..only takes one buyer.. very nicely done

Thank you Paul. When you sell it tell whoever buys it if they have any issues to contact me. Also I will color the carb tags for them.

Just curious.
Why didn't the L-69 manifold work with the E-Brock heads?

There are no heat tunnels for the intake heat riser block off plugs for one, and I'm not running a choke cable. Other than that everything else is fine. I have an edelbrock intake and carb I'm going with

I have the same setup done by 66-3X2 442 and installed on Edelbrock heads. Just fired them up last week. They crank and idle perfectly and the end carbs pull in flawlessly.

Choke is locked open because of no heat passage in the heads as you know. There is enough fuel in the idle circuit to idle after you finesse for a minute. It just doesn't have the fast idle capability. X2 about Mikey!

Hey Mike...
Would you happen to have the 3 correctly colored & numbered carb tags for the L69 setup? Mine are old and in bad shape.... like me ! LOL

You can buy repo tags off eBay from Ames Performance but they are not colored. They are bare aluminum but I have the correct colors for them if you want them done.
